Christmas has just barely passed and it already feels like weeks ago. Isn’t it crazy how time does that to us?

David traveled with his family to California for a week at Disneyland and sunny beaches. I stayed here to work and got the most snow we have had all winter (which wasn’t much). It was fun to see Theo remember what all this white stuff falling from the sky is. He sure has missed the snow. Boston was introduced to snow for the first time and he wasn’t that impressed.

Theo loved digging, playing, and eating snow from the first fall. He was so excited he couldn’t stay still for a picture after he finished.

On the last day of work, before the Christmas holiday, we stopped to have a party. Jonathan provided some jazzy Christmas piano, which added a touch of class to our party.

We all enjoyed some Hawaiian BBQ and a gift exchange.

Some decked their hair out for the day!

Our house search is continuing. We have put in a couple offers and walked away from one bidding war. We are still very optimistic and hopeful something will come soon.

We enjoyed spending Christmas eve and Christmas day with David’s family.

We had Christmas Eve dinner at Mike and Lisa’s.

Then we spent Christmas morning at David’s parents opening up gifts from the family exchange.

Boston had too much fun outside and got very muddy and wet, so David warmed him back up.

We headed back to the Swain’s for a proper Christmas ham dinner.

The day after Christmas, we went clearance shopping, to stock up for the wedding next Oct!
